Refund policy

Ticket refund policy:

Refunds requested at least 2 weeks prior to the event will be honored.For requests made less than 2 weeks prior to the event, we will release the number of tickets you have and issue a refund if they sell. If you need to request a refund, reach out to contact@met-by-moonlight.com.

Re-selling of tickets is prohibited. The name on your ticket should match your ID or someone's in the party. It is also important that the ticket holder receives pre-event information.
